(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner, without having made any specific allegation of violation of any legal injury caused to him, seeks to assail the construction made by private respondents on the allegation that the same is illegal. He would submit that representations have also been made.

The Petitioner having no locus, at his instance, this petition is not maintainable. It is for the respondent authorities to examine the complaints, if any made.
