Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent dated 20.05.2025 in Petition No.29/2025/T1, consequentially direct the 3rd respondent to measure the lands bearing R.S.No.200/1 measuring to an extent of 7.41 acres situated at Punjai Kalamangalam A Village, Modakurichi Taluk, Erode District by metes and bounds and earmark the boundaries by using resurvey field maps within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
