ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of encroachment by sixth respondent is assailed by petitioner through this petition styled as public interest litigation. According to him, earlier, an order was passed on 24.11.2008 in W.P.Nos.27627 and 32246 of 2007, wherein, certain directions were issued, including a direction to prevent encroachment. That case related to Survey Nos.234, 235, 236 and 237 of Perungudi Village,
Tambaram Taluk. In that case, it was held that the land belongs to Directorate of Technical Education.
2. In the entire affidavit, there is no mention of the survey number of the land which is alleged to be encroached by sixth respondent. Petition is vague and no direction can be issued by this Court in a petition without any specific pleadings regarding encroachment of any land, which, according to petitioner, is a government land.
Petition is frivolous one and therefore, it is dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to be paid to the Pondicherry Legal Services Authority within a period of one month. However, this order shall not come in the way of petitioner in filing a fresh petition, if any encroachment is found on any government land.
