ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents integrated without insisting consent affidavit from the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the respondents No. 1 and 2 to provide job assistance to the petitioner on compassionate ground.

2. Heard Mr.S.Raghuman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father, who worked in the respondent Bank died in an accident. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application for compassionate appointment on 06.09.2024 to the respondents. Subsequently, on 02.12.2024, the 2nd respondent sent a letter to the petitioner asking her to submit the application with the following documents:

"1. Consent letter from all the major legal heirs for giving compassionate appointment to the applicant. Consent to be obtained from first wife of the deceased staff if alive and son of the first wife.

2. Latest salary slips of the son of the first wife of deceased staff and aadhar card copy duly attested by branch official to be obtained.

3. Details of Assets and Liabilities by spouse of the deceased staff as mentioned in the application in F347 Format." Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition with the above said prayer.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to re-submit the application with the above documents as sought for by the 2nd respondent. If any such application is submitted, the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of submission of such application.
