This petition is filed to condone the delay of 509 days in representing the above revision.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition would stand dismissed without any reference to this Court.
