This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 and to promote the petitioner to the post of Child Development Project officer, Department of Social Welfare and Women's Empowerment, with effect from the date her immediate juniors were promoted, along with all consequential benefits including seniority and pay fixation 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
