Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner representation dated 29.09.2025 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, and to evict the 6th respondent from Survey No.41/2B3 to the extent of 852.5 Sq.Ft situated at Pankajam Garden, Koothapakkam, Cuddalore-607002, and consequently direct respondents 1 to 4 to remove the unauthorized construction and restore the land to its original status and to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent(Ex-President) for misuse of power and illegal lease of Pathirikuppam Panchayat Union land to the 6th respondent's private club.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner has filed this petition, styled as public interest litigation, seeking a direction for eviction of sixth respondent on the allegation that he has encroached upon panchayat land.

2. We find that petitioner has made a representation on 29.09.2025.

3. Considering the above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Official respondents shall examine the representation and take appropriate decision.
