C.M.P.No.28991 of 2025 in S.A.No.855of 202 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI,J., The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to serve notice on the 2nd respondent in C.M.P.Nos.22342, 22434 & 22437 of 2024 by means of substituted service through Tamil Daily News paper publication ''Maalai Malar.

2.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court permitted the appellant to take paper publication on 18.12.2025 in any one of the Tamil Dailies circulated within the locality of the respondent, for hearing on 19.12.2025.
