Writ Petition (Criminal) filed under Artilcle 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in G.O.(Twenty years) No.66, Home (Prison-5) Department, dated 04.03.2024 passed by the respondent No.1 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide 'A-class privileges' to the petitioner's husband, namely Yuvaraj, son of Subramani, aged 46 years, Ct.No.23508, now confined in the Central Prison, Coimbatore.
