This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second, fourth and sixth respondents to initiate and complete the disciplinary proceedings against the seventh respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.On perusal of records, it is seen that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the seventh respondent, a First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.174 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(1), 324(2) and 353(3) of BNS, 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Elavanasoorikottai Police Station,

4. Though the petitioner is the complainant in the First Information Report, the direction sought for in this Writ Petition for initiation of disciplinary proceedings cannot be granted. It is for the first to fifth respondents to look into the matter. If any disciplinary action is required pursuant to the registration of the First Information Report against the seventh respondent, it is open to the first to sixth respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
