ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 501 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 08.02.2024 passed in I.A.No.457 of 2018 in O.S.No. 71 of 2015.

2.This Court has gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and is of the view that the delay can be condoned subject to terms. 3.Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the delay of 501 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Madras High Court

Advocate Clerks Welfare Association within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
