ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by one Jeni, the respondent Police are conducting an enquiry in C.S.R.No.1339 of 2025 and that the petitioner was called only for enquiry and apart from that, the petitioner has not been harassed by the respondent police.
