ORDER
Alleging that the investigation has not been conducted in a proper manner, the petitioner has filed this criminal original petition seeking directions for withdrawal of the case in Crime No.182 of 2025 dated 26.07.2025, pending before the 3rd respondent and to consequently, transfer the investigation to the 2nd respondent or any other investigating agency for a fair and proper investigation.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.182 of 2025 dated 26.07.2025 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Yercaud on 20.11.2025 through e-filing bearing No.202500276.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed, since no further adjudication is necessary in this criminal original petition. However, 2/4
if the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Yercaud on 20.11.2025 in the manner known to law.
