ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.08.2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 394 of IPC in C.C.No. 29 of 2014 in Crime No. 558 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 31.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 29727 of 2025. on the following grounds: "5.Since the trial has reached final stage and the trial is likely to conclude and granting bail would likely to cause further delay. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to renew the bail application of the trial is not concluded within a period of two months".

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that even during the last hearing, the accused was present before the trial Court to conclude the trial. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.On perusal of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 29727 of 2025, dated 31.10.2025, it is clearly stated that the petitioner was directed to renew the bail application of the trial, is not yet over. Hence, I am of the view that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- [Rupees Three Thousand Only] to the District Legal Services Authority, Thiruppur District, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 09.12.2025 MSM
