This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27069 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every Monday to Friday at 10:30 a.m., and report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation was completed and final report has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27069 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
