This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27382 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, daily at 10:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday and report before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27382 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
