ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.26353 of 2025 on 24.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26353 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i..e, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for investigation.

4.
