ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. In the light of the order which has been passed earlier by us on 08.10.2025 in W.P.No.33691 of 2025, we are not required to keep this petition pending, as learned counsel for the respondents submit that the building has been locked and sealed and third respondent is maintaining status-quo because the application seeking regularisation submitted by the petitioner is under scrutiny by the authorities.
3. In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for the respondents, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
