This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.17426 of 2025 on 08.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17426 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
