ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.769 of 2025. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a letter seeking to withdraw the complaint and accordingly, the enquiry was closed. He further submitted that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner. Recording the above submission, the criminal original petition is closed.
