This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 2 and 3 to forthwith grant and issue enhanced provisional pension, as per G.O. Ms. No.8 dated 6.1.2023 as per GO Ms.No.143 dated 17.05.2023 as per GO Ms. No.330 dated 9.11.2023 and as per GO Ms. No.204 dated 11.06.2024 all issued by the Finance (Allowances) Department, Government of Tamilnadu, in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2024 (sent by registered post) 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
