This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.O.P.No.30292 of 2025 dated 10.11.2025. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30292 of 2025, dated 10.11.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation"
