Mr.R.P.Pragadish, Senior Standing Counsel for R1 & R2 Order The present Writ Petition has been filed to call for records relating to the show cause notice No.GR5/ 82/ 2025 dated 15.10.2025, DIN 20251073MX000000E166 issued by the 1st respondent, and quash the same.

2. After submitting a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file his objection by placing reliance upon various judgments which he would think covers the issue.

3. The learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner may submit his objection within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. If any such objection is filed, the same would be decided after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and after dealing with any case law, circular and any other materials placed by the petitioner relating to the subject matter. The above said exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of six weeks thereafter.
