This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.10.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for rectification of the land as patta land instead of natham land which has been entered in the revenue records. 2.Heard Mr.R.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.10.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
