ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant a further period of six months time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 08.08.2025 made in WPMP Crl.No.261 of 2025 in WP.No.35393 of 2024.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side) appearing for the third respondent. Perused the materials available on record. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and taking note of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant further period of eight weeks.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
