Respondent(s) PRAYER This petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking to set aside the impugned order dated 29.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.13771 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.6227 of 2025 in Cr.No.57 of 2024 passed by the Honble Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore and consequently relax the condition therein and thus render justice.

ORDER
The petitioner herein was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, for the offences under Sections 420 IPC, 66D of IT Amendment Act 2008, vide order dated 19.05.2025 in Crl MP No.6227 of 2025. Subsequently the petitioner has filed a relaxation petition and the same was
dismissed by an order dated 29.10.2025 in Crl MP No.13771 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, on the ground that the petitioner has not complied with the condition for a single day. Now, the present petition has been filed seeking to set aside the impugned order passed in Crl.MP.No.13771 of 2025 in Crl MP No.6227 of 2025 in Crime No.57 of 2024 dated 29.10.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition on the ground that the petitioner was suffering from chickenpox and he has not complied the condition. Though the petition was filed and the same was rejected, I am of the view that now the petitioner health condition is alright and the petitioner has to comply the condition imposed, vide order dated 19.05.2025 in Crl MP No.6227 of 2025, for three more weeks.
