ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 28.04.2025 in WP No.14946 of 2025. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 26.12.2025 was placed before this Court. It is seen that the property has been surveyed. However, the request made by the petitioner for sub-division and issuance of patta has been rejected. 3.
