2. The learned Government Advocate for the official respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the above writ petition and post the writ petition after four weeks.
