ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months to render the final award.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the examination of C.W.1 has already been completed and the proceedings are now at the stage of considering the application for receiving the additional documents.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that this the second occasion, where extension of time has been sought for.

5. Considering the above submission, the time frame is extended for a further period of six months.
