ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some error has been crept in the cause title of the order dated 17.11.2025. The said correction is to be replaced as follows:

" Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS Act, 2023, pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.453 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police."

3.In other respects, the order dated 17.11.2025 shall remain unaltered.

4. Fop executing the order dated 17.11.2025, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate the above correction quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith. 12.12.2025 mpa 2/3
