The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 174(3) of Cr.P.C., and later altered into Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.178 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.264 of 2025 on 22.09.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
