Respondent(s) PRAYER Directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to rectify the wrong entries made in the updating of Registry of the revenue records and accordingly correct the erroneous measurement mentioned in the Field Measurement Book and to provide access of 6.4 meters as shown in DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) Survey report and mark boundary at plot NO.32 and remove the encroachments to the petitioners plot with Town Survey No.32, Block-6, ward -p, Salem West, Salem District by considering the petitioners representation dated 18.08.2025.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to rectify the alleged wrong entries said to have been made in the revenue records, pertaining to the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Since the aforesaid representation dated 18.08.2025 has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.The petitioner seeks for rectification of the revenue records as he claims that there are wrong entries made in the revenue records in respect of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and therefore, the petitioner must be provided access of 6.4 metres as shown in DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) as prayed for in this writ petition.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025 seeking for rectification of the alleged wrong entries made in the revenue records and to provide access of 6.4 metres as shown in DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) survey report and mark boundaries at Plot No.32 and remove the encroachments, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
