PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2025 to remove the "0" guideline value and thereafter fix the correct guideline value for the land in Survey No.170/9 of Koneripatti Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 3 and 4, to consider petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2025 to remove the "0" guideline value and thereafter fix the correct guideline value for the land in Survey No.170/9 of Koneripatti Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District.
2.Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on
behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2025 for removal of "0" guideline value and thereafter to fix the correct guideline value for the land in Survey No.170/9 of Koneripatti Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District made to the 4 th respondent has not been considered so far.
5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 3 & 4 to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents 3 & 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2025 after issuing notice to the intrested parties and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with
