Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, direction to the respondents not to stop petitioner incentive increment for the M.Phil., degree which obtained from the Vinayaka Mission University of Salem and not to disturb petitioner incentive increment of the same and also to provide incentive increment arrears for the M.Phil., degree from the date of the January 2009 when the petitioner completed the M.Phil., Degree in lieu of the G.O.No.18 dated 18.1.2013.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents not to stop petitioner's incentive increment for the M.Phil., degree which obtained from the Vinayaka Mission University of Salem and not to disturb petitioner's incentive increment of the same and also to provide incentive increment arrears for the M.Phil., Degree from January 2009 when the petitioner completed the M.Phil, Degree in lieu of the G.O.No.18 dated 18.01.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner in the light of the judgement passed by this Court in W.A.No.2328 of 2018 dated 04.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
