2. M/s. Sarvabhuman Associates representing the learned counsel, takes notice for the 1 st respondent / 1 st defendant and states no objection for allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application is allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the above suit.
