2. Though the petitioner seeks further two months' time, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the direction issued by 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

P.B.BALAJI.,J sr this Court, proceedings have been taken by VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and hence, two months' time may not be necessary.

3. Mr.P.Rajnish, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time granted expires today and VI Additional City Civil Court also being Court of Sessions, is unable to find sufficient time to concentrate on these matters.

4. In the light of the above, time is granted till 19.12.2025 by which time, the matter shall be disposed of without seeking any further extension of time.

5. With the above direction, all the petitions are ordered. 14-11-2025 To The VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
