ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the subject property on the representation made by the petitioner on 25.09.2024.
2. Heard Ms.B.Archana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the third respondent.
3. It is seen from the records that the representation made by the petitioner on 25.09.2024 was acted upon by the second respondent, but, when 2/6
the survey was attempted to be conducted, some objections were raised by third parties. Therefore, the second respondent has sought for police protection from the third respondent for the purpose of conducting the survey and also to ensure that there is no law and order problem. Thereafter, there was absolutely no development. It is in these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the second respondent has already acted upon the representation made by the petitioner and the petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject proeprty by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 17.04.2023, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct the survey in the subject property, based on the title documents relied upon by the petitioner and complete this process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since there are some objections from third parties, the survey shall be conducted in the presence of such objectors. If required, the second respondent shall also take police protection from the third respondent.
