ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the HMOP.No.781 of 2025 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Alandur and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court Judge, Vellore.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing at her parental home in Vellore District along with her three-year-old son. It is difficult for her to travel a distance of about 150 kilometres with her minor child to attend the court proceedings at Alandur. Therefore, he prayed that H.M.O.P. No. 781 of 2025, pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Vellore.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons assigned to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer petition.

4. Accordingly, H.M.O.P. No. 781 of 2025, pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Vellore. The learned transferee Court is directed to issue notice to the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law. The respondent is further directed to pay a sum of

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month towards interim maintenance to the petitioner until the said amount is modified or varied by the competent Court. Further, the Subordinate Judge, Alandur, is directed to send the case bundles within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
