2.In view of the above, the order in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in MCOP.No.38 of 2023, dated 10.01.2025, is set aside. The Tribunal is directed to expedite the enquiry in MCOP.No.38 of 2023. Since the counter affidavit has also been filed by the petitioner, the Tribunal shall ensure that any fresh evidence, including the cross-examination of the 2/4

claimants' witnesses and any evidence to be let in on the side of the petitioner, is completed on or before 30.04.2026, and thereafter dispose of MCOP.No.38 of 2023 on or before 30.06.2026.
