ORDER
The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the cause title of Crl.O.P.No.30580 of 2025, the offence under Sec.67(B)(a) of Information Technology Act was not included in the bail petition and remand date also wrongly mentioned as 11.08.2025 instead of 11.09.2025. Therefore, he seeks permission of this court to amend the same.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed.
3. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the offence as well as remand date to that effect and consequent to that, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to execute the order dated 10.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30580 of 2025. 13-11-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes rpp 2/4
