This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1 day in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Ms. Chandini Pradeepkumar, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the first respondent and Mr. Vignesh Venkatachalam, learned counsel, has already entered appearance for the second and third respondents and submit that they have no serious objection for condonation of the delay of one day in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

4. Upon considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit in support of this petition, this Court is of the considered view that it is just and necessary to allow this miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered. 16.12.2025 kv Note: Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the main case for admission and also print the names of the learned counsel for the respondents in the cause-list, then.
