This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 06.08.2020 made in A.No.3185 of 2018 attaching the immovable property described in the schedule to the judges summon.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the order of attachment, the matter was settled between the parties. In view of the same, the present application has been filed to raise the order of attachment.

4. In view of the above development, this application is allowed as prayed for. There shall be a direction to the concerned Sub-Registrar's office to make necessary entries in the Encumbrance Certificate regarding the raising of the order of attachment passed by this Court.

5. Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the concerned Sub-Registrar's Office.
