Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue Legal Heirship certificate to the petitioner by including the name of her deceased son as per her application dated 4.8.2025 within a stipulated time. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to issue Legal Heirship certificate to the petitioner by including the name of her deceased son as per her application dated 4.8.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been rejected.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners representation for issuance of legal-heirship certificate has already been rejected by the respondents. Without challenging the said rejection order, filing the present writ petition for mandamus is not sustainable.

6. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenging the rejection order issued by the respondent in the manner known to law. No costs.
