ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27488 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025 that the petitioners shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while granting bail, this Court imposed a condition on the petitioners, specifically condition 7(b), which says that after release from judicial custody, the petitioners shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. He further submits that the petitioners are having threat in appearing before the respondent police and therefore, prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying the conditions from 26.10.2025 onwards.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioners are having bad antecedents, and there are escalations between the opposite group, therefore,
this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27488 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025.
