This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27900 of 2025, dated 13.10.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for two days; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27900 of 2025, dated 13.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week (i.e.) on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
