ORDER
The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.3497 of 2025 from the file of V Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai to Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai.
2. Notice sent to the respondent has been returned as "unclaimed".
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on date the petitioner is living with her parents without any source of income and she finds it difficult to travel from Mayiladuthruai to Chennai to attend the proceedings and therefore, she seeks transfer.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to transfer HMOP No.3497 of 2025 from the file of V Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai to Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai.
5. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.1293 of 2025 is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.3497 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of V Additional Principal Family 2/4
Court, Chennai and the same is transferred to the file of Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai.
6. The V Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai is directed to send the entire records relating to HMOP No.3497 of 2025 to Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai forthwith.
