This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the Order dated 10.01.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.800 of 2022 on the file of the Exclusive Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dharmapuri.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
