This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.20432 of 2025, dated 08.09.2025, that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.20432 of 2025, dated 08.09.2025 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders alone is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
