ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of the respondents 5 to 8.
2. Since the aforesaid representation of the petitioner has not been considered by the 2nd respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 5 to 8 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 8 as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the respondents 5 to 8 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of Page No.3 of 6
twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections, if any from the respondents 5 to 8, and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
