ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) Since the petitioner's representation before the prison authority seeking for transfer of the prisoner, who is her husband, from the Central Prison, Palayamkottai to the Central Prison at Puzhal has been rejected by the third respondent vide the impugned order, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that originally the prisoner was detained only in the Puzhal Central Prison and since the prisoner involved himself in various misconducts against the Prison Manual, he was ordered to be transferred to the Palayamkottai Central Prison by the impugned order.
3. A perusal of the impugned order shows that the conduct of the prisoner, while he was detained in Puzhal Central Prison, has been found to be against the Prison Manual for disturbing the other inmates and for indulging in various
prohibited offences. Considering the same, this Court does not find any perversity in the impugned order passed by the respondent prison authority and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
